Virtual Swim Technique Analysis
Show Us Your Stroke

-
RECORD VIDEOS: Have a partner, friend, lifeguard, or fellow swimmer record four 30 second or less videos of you swimming the specific stroke being analyzed (if possible). One video from each side as they walk alongside you, and one from the front of the stroke as you swim toward the camera, and one from the back of the stroke as you swim away is ideal. We can work with less though, or with race/swim meet recordings if need be. Underwater filming is great, but not necessary at all, as we can provide adequate analysis from videos taken above the water as well.
-
UPLOAD VIDEOS: video files take up a lot of space, so please submit videos through WeTransfer.com. It's free to use and through there, you can email us the videos to MackenzieTicknor@gmail.com. It may take several minutes to send if sending many videos, so please make sure you see an "email sent" notification before closing the WeTransfer webpage. You will also get an email confirmation.
-
GET FEEDBACK: Within a few days, you will receive an email with expert personalized feedback on your stroke and we will provide very specific drills, explanations, and visuals to help you improve upon the weak points we find in your stroke.

Everyone who signs up for our virtual stroke analysis will receive a FREE copy of our myth-busting Five Common Freestyle Misconceptions guide!!!
